If you move the cursor over the image, the part of the image that lies under the cursor will be outlined. If you click with the left mouse button when an outline is shown, that outline remains and the label will show up in the label list. If you click on a part of the image that is already outlined that outline will disappear and the label in the label list will also be removed.
11 Move your cursor over the big blue area (anterior bronchopulmonary segment). Click with the left mouse button. The number “2” will disappear and the label list will change (p).
12 You are now finished with this exercise. Move your cursor over the “Close” button in the Outline image window and click with the left mouse button. The Outline image window will then close.
13 Press the "Create image" button. Now, you will see the outlined image as a PIN-diagram.
